I hold a strong belief in the significance of honoring each individual's unique journey and experiences. Drawing from my background as a military veteran, I understand the intricate nature of trauma and its profound impact on mental health and well-being. Guided by a collaborative, holistic, and trauma-informed therapeutic approach, I integrate mindfulness practices with elements of cognitive-behavioral therapy. My aim is to empower individuals to reclaim their sense of agency and embark on a healing journey tailored to their needs and terms.

Whether its curling up with a good book, hiking the trails with my corgi companion, casting a line while fishing, or exploring the Pacific Northwest with my husband, I find joy in the simple moments and the beauty of nature. We accept all major credit cards, HSA, and FSA.
We are out-of-network providers and can provide a superbill for potential reimbursement. Check with your insurance for out-of-network coverage.
Fees: $120 Individuals|$160 Couples per 50-minute session. Sliding scale spots are limited and offered based on financial need. Please inquire for availability.
